Hello all,

Intel Core i5-3350P, Asus GeForce GTX 660, Cooler Master HAF 912 - System Build - PCPartPicker Canada

I want you to give me your opinions on my build.

Some background on the builder: I am a reasonably intelligent non-enthusiast who can piece together a PC with the help of the internet. Most of my knowledge and ability in PC building come from reading ability, common sense and Google.

Why I am building this PC/what I will be using it for:

To build a PC good enough to do personal, standard web surfing/gaming very well. No intensive tasks such as video editing etc, therefore I do not want top of the line components.

I am upgrading from a 5-6 year old PC, therefore I already have:
  • one 1920x1080 monitor
  • mouse
  • keyboard
and do not need to buy these things.

The questions I want answered are:

    1. Are there any bottlenecks in the system?

    2. I am waiting for Dark Souls 2 to come out on the PC. Do you predict the card I've chosen (GTX 660) will be strong enough to play DS2 on very high settings (in 1920x1080)? If not, how well could the 660 take it?

    3. Are the parts compatible?

    4. Anything else you would improve in my build.

    Thanks for looking.
