GTX 760 making weird noises.

Starting yesterday my GTX 760 is making weird noises. During a windows experience index test it sounded very much like coin whine, which of course led me to believe the PSU may be producing the sound. But later on I was browsing the web and using the central mouse button to scroll and the GPU made little screeching noises (a bit like that a mouse...a real mouse lol...makes), which subsequently stopped when I stopped scrolling. As a test I removed the hdmi cable from my GPU and put it into the onboard hdmi port and voila....I was able to scroll the web without these screeching noises. So I put the hdmi cable back into the GPU and yup, those noises started up again. But here's the real killer. The entire operations system will completely stop responding for no apparent reason, almost like a crash, then a BSOD will appear with 0x000000F4 (see photo: http://i62.tinypic.com/5drltk.jpg). I then contacted nVidia Live Chat and they asked me what driver version I was using (I was using 320.49 at the time). I went to upgrade my driver to the latest version. As it was installing it I got another BSOD. Now I have enabled dumps and I've told the system not to automatically restart after producing a BSOD but there are no crash dumps! I've checked C:\Windows and there is no Minidumps folder and there are no *.dmp files (I searched with absolutely no luck). I cannot say for absolute certain that the GPU is at fault without at least receiving some sort of crash dump to diagnose. I highly suspect the GPU is at fault, simply because of the fact it makes weird noises whenever I'm doing anything and stops whenever I stop (and said noises cannot be reproduced while using onboard graphics, only while using gtx 760). The weird thing is it's been working fine for like 2 months (I bought it in December 2013). Last night even I was playing AC4 black flag on 3d with absolutely no issues whatsoever, and no noise whatsoever. Also, before you ask, it just so happens I ran a memtest on Thursday as had recently installed some new RAM. I left the memtest running all day....ALL PASSES, so it can't be that. I draw a blank on this one. Any advice would be highly appreciated. For the record, I have the Asus OC GTX 760 2GB GDDR5.

Ok, well I took the cover off my case and listened very closely to the noises as I performed certain tasks. I'm pretty sure it's the PSU making the weird noises now. But how would that explain the BSODs? And why would it suddenly start happening after 2 months of solid performance? I have the Corsair CX750 for your information. Any advice would be appreciated.

Same thing here cept brand new card to get SLI. I'm very anal'e (anal) with my electronics so I also know it's the GPU .Thought it was my PSU for a bit until I took the side cover off and listened very closely . Checked the PSU to make sure it was'nt rattling. Then I held the metal shroud of the graphics card to the PCB and it would quiet it a little bit . The PSU is brand new as well just got it back from an RMA about a month ago so I know it wasn't that. I'm going to go home and turn on v-sync since on my games I turned it off to get better fps.

Seems pretty weird.. see if you can detech some of the protective casings around the PSU and check for loose parts.. And yes the BSOD can depend on the PSU having a specific cable loose causing lets say your cpu to loose power
