Cooler master hyper 212 evo insulation tape

Hi, so I have a cooler master hyper 212 evo and I just noticed that on one corner of the backplate, the insulation tape is coming off. The whole tape is not off the corner but it looks like a third of it detached from the adhesive and just sticking out. Will this be an issue? If I attached this to the motherboard it seems like the tape will just stay in place.

I am sorry to hijack this threa but I need to ask you a question CM-Patrick if that is ok..

What would happen if you installed and built the PC without the insulation tape on the backplate that sits on the rear of the motherboard. For example for LG1150 boards?
