I have a problem with the memory frequency should be supporting up to 667, but it seems to me is 400

my Chipsets support to 667mhz

Mobile Intel® GL40 Express Chipset
(Intel® 82GL40 Graphics and Memory Controller Hub)

Solution

DDR stands for Double Data Rate so 400 * 2 = 800 MHz. CPU-Z reading is correct. No issue there.
