Alright, I'm not too sure why, but, Batman is not performing well, it's going from 55-60 FPS, it even dips below 30 sometimes while turning. I've seen benchmarks where the frames were 110+! Here's a screenshot of my settings http://prntscr.com/2wty7o, does this make sense?

Side note: I have my GTX connected with a TX 750M PSU, and Idk where the 8pin was, so I used the 2 6pin to 8 pin converter which came with the card, could that be the problem?

I7 4770k, Corsair vengance 16gb 1600MHz, Gigabyte Z87x-UD5H, I doubt it's a bottleneck though.

You could try installing evga precision x and use the osd to monitor what the clocks are doing. I had a weird issue where some driver version made my card's core only run at 800 in bf4 - very useful to have the clock onscreen for such diagnosis.

I did, and it goes up to 1124 Mhz, and also, it doesn't dips below 30, it just kinda does the FPS freeze switch, since it goes from 50-60 non stop, I have V-sync off, so it should be able to go above 110 FPS, like most benchmarks show.
