From what I've read it has 256 MB VRAM and 256 MB shared memory. That means it has 256 MB of its own and shares 256 MB with your system RAM.

Any reason you don't want to get a dedicated graphics card? Onboard graphic cards have horrible horrible graphics performance.

I use many sites before I post a response, that is only one of them, that card is 256MB.

Might be just because the tools you are using don't know how to handle an onboard card with shared memory. I wouldn't put too much thought into it.

GeForce 7025 / nForce 630a is an onboard gpu so it has shared memory. you can define the maximum amount of your gpu's memory. try through bios. it also depends on the amount of your system memory. this isnt good for gaming . a 50$ dedicated gpu can do better than that

Its not for gaming

-- I don't have the box, unfortunately :(

But should it not show as 256mb?

How do I set it in Bios?

maybe 256 is the max you can have. check through bios.how much system ram do you have?

I see that there is a massive jump in total available graphics 1855mb nearly 2gb!! now before 1071mb! 1gb

What exaclty is that? Doe it mean, that if I play or use a heavy video/game program it will jump to a maximum 2gb?

Thank Youi!!!
