how to setup a new wifi network on a hp laptop brought from nigeria

my dad brought a hp laptop from nigeria to london the wifi setting only shows the nigeria connection i need to configure it to be able to connect to the wifi in my house but i don't know how.

There is likely no difference at all in the wifi used in those countries. You should be able to just go into the network settings and create a new network connection and pick you home network.
Now if this is a work computer that was setup by a company they can lock you out the ability to change stuff like this.
