Which case fan should I buy?

I am trying to find a good mid priced 120MM case fan for my NZXT Crafted Series Phantom case
I am also trying to find a 140MM case fan for my NZXT case with a 3 pin male slot since my case doesn't support 4 pin female slots

I'll add vote to Arctic Cooling. I replaced all my casing fans from the built-in Fractal Design R2 Silent Series (not as silent as the name suggests) to Arctic F9 92mm PWM and F12 120mm PWM. They are very quiet and strong airflow specs.
