You are better of at buying/using single card... Less power consumption, less noise etc. Nvidia recommends W500+ power supply with 2x 6 pins connectors for a single card, so I think that you should buy better PSU. Does your motherboard support SLI?

I already own a GTX 760 so buying another GPU isn't a option. My motherboard does support SLI so that won't be a problem
A decent 650w or 700w PSU would be enough. The 760's are 170w cards and I was running two 170w cards on a 620w PSU for a couple of years without any power issues.
I would suggest a 700w as minimum. Assuming a decent PSU with 80+ cert., this is enough for your components at max load. Although with little headroom.
