desktop background not activating

Sometimes by accident users move the image to a different folder whether it be the desktop or some other location. Try again but first look for the picture you want in the actual file location. Try setting your desktop image from that exact spot and see if it works now. Hope this helped!

Try saving the file to your desktop instead of setting the background from a web browser. If it keeps happening I would investigate further by right clicking on your desktop and going to the personalize option which will show your wallpaper info etc.
