Processor Intel Core i5 4570
Motherboard ??
Video Card PowerColor Radeon HD7850
Hard Drive 500gb sata
Memory 8GB G.Skill Rip Jaws PC1600 (2x4GB)
Power Supply ??
Optical Disk Drive asus dvdrw

PSU - huntkey jumper 550w M(tier 2 PSU) - I'm wondering if this PSU supports haswell c7 power saving thingy or does it really make a huge difference if I buy a PSU compatible with haswell power saving or not...

Antec VP550 - Whats the difference between VP550 and BP550?

My motherboard options are:
gigabyte g1 sniper b85
gigabyte ga-b85m-d3h
asus vanguard b85

no huntkey psu is haswell compadible as far as im concerned. it has to do with a power feature of the cpu. haswell can really turn down their need of power so much during sleep mode that psu's run into stability issues.
bp is the basiq series(basic) vp is better and the VP550P V2 delta electronics made is haswell compatible.
since you have a non k cpu model thus no o/c then a good h87 mobo will be enough check also this one

for psu this a very good one by seasonic http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9 or this one still good one http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100b10500kr

the xfx would even run an 770-280x in case of a future upgrade

also with better efficiency one but a bit more expensive http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182068&clickid=w-zUMuX-J3al1rsRvzxdjSfyUkTRcTWVHwWrWc0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na

I live in the Philippines, thus having very limited choices. Antec VP550, Thermaltake Lite 600w and Cooler Master Thunder M520w are some of my options...

I recently noticed that the Sniper B85 didnt have dvi, so I can't connect my monitor unless I buy a video card. I'm planning to use integrated for the meantime til I can buy a better GPU. Msi b85-g43 gaming, asus vanguard, or gigabyte b85m-d3h?

i would go with asus, quality components vrm heatsinks and 5year warranty cant go wrong with that!
