load balancer ip keeps changing tp link

I have to wan connected on tp link r470t+

cant access cpanel sites keeps saying ip has changed
looking for a way to set a static ip on the load balancer to use 1 ip

please help

Although some people think these are magic boxes they tend to actually be fairly stupid. This is why companies like bigip can sell F5 load balancers for more than most cars cost. They have spend a huge amount of time so their software can detect issues like yours but still use both connections.

If you really don't care to use both connection just reconfigure the device to use the second ISP as a backup only.

The only real way to fix your problem is partially disable the load balancing. You will have to into the configuration and tell it to use one path or the other all the time for certain traffic. Like most these boxes it has many ways to accomplish this. The simplest way would be to tell it to use a particular path for all traffic going to the IP address of the site that is causing you the problems.
