So i was building my personal computer last night (third i've built). However i ran into what i think is a big problem. Last night i did started building my computer out of the case ( motherboard, cpu, ram, psu) just to see if everything was working right. To start off everything was working and i was extremely happy. However, once i moved the build into the case and started hooking up the front panel connectors and what not i tried to boot, to make sure that i had the hdd led and such hooked up right. Turns out that during sometime between the out of case build and connecting the wires the computer wont boot.

TL;DR Computer wont boot cpu and psu fan only on for 1 second and then shuts off. Only way to get power back is to flip power switch and hit the power button on my mobo.

Im actually unsure, i started it last night and packed everything away later that night. When i started last night it was all fine. but now after i took the mobo out and only have the cpu and the psu connected the cpu fan will only spin for 1 second and it is the same for the psu fan.

Personally I don't like Rosewill PSU's. As for the InWin case, my friend had one and had issues with it as well, make sure all the front connectors are set up right, could try to bread board it again, would be good.

I tried building it out of the case a second ago and nothing changed. Not sure what all i need to do to narrow down the problem and prevent it from happening again. I feel like i may have done something when i mounted the motherboard. The In Win case has preset standoffs and that is the only thing i used. I mounted the mobo straight onto it and then screwed the mobo into the standoffs. I feel like someone i missed something. Not sure though.
