Things are compatible, but there are many problems.
1. Why the older generation LOCKED processor?
2. Why that cooler when the cheaper one does equally good work? for looks?
3. Why the very costly motherboard?
4. Do you really need 16 GB ram? Wont 8 GB be enough?
5. Why 760 SLI? Sure they perform great, but why not a single more powerful card like the 780TI?
6. There are better looking cases available in that price range. Its a personal choice though.
7. Do you need a blu-ray? We mostly download and watch the media.

OK:
1. any recomandation?
2. wasnt sure if the standard one can keep up so i have choosen this 1(needed a cheap one)
3. its not for me. The person who im making it for already has this motherboard (brand new)
4. already have that ram (brand new)
5.. I'll hook up 2 monitors and i was thinking that 2 of them would be better
6. ALready have the case in box
7. The customer wants bluray. He wants to watch movies on that pc too
Thx for the response ;)

Reason for changes-
1. CPU-Since you already have the LGA 2011 mobo, I only changed the processor to an unlocked one so that you can overclock.
2. Cooler- Works well, best VFM.
3. Graphics cards- Initially I thought we will cut off on other parts and save for a 780ti, but since you have most of the parts, the 760SLI will be most performing thing at this price. I have added the 4GB version which are recommended for SLI because that much of graphics processing power will need higher VRAM at higher resolutions (2 Monitors hook up thing).
4. PSU- 750 watts to provide you enough headroom for CPU and GPU overclocking and adding things later on like fans etc.
5. Optical drive- added a BR writer. Its just 10 buks costlier.

Edit- Note that total doesnt include price of PSU and case. Amazon may not be having these.

That really depends on the chip you get. Its like a lottery thing. Some chips can handle that OC, some cant. However, I think 4.5 is the maximum that you can get on air cooling within "not so insanely high" temps.

I dont think you will have any problems at all.Full ATX builds are very easy. If you have ay problem or questions, google up, and watch youtube videos. Crapload of how to videos are available there.

Sorry I didnt notice your mobo is micro atx. Since it is a small board, you may have some problems assembling because all parts are very close to each other :p
As of BIOS, most probably you will get updated BIOS. if you dont, then use bios Flashback, it's very simple to do, just copy the bios file to a USB drive, put it in the white USB port on the I/o panel and hold down the flashback button tell the light starts flashing. Wait tell lights stop flashing and your done :). Watch youtube tutorials and understand the process well before flashing the BIOS.
You dont need CPU to be in the CPU socketfor BIOS update.
