Well do you have a floppy disk drive fitted to the system.?

If the answer is no.
Then you need to go into the bios and where it says floppy disk drives set A and B to none.

You should also look in the section labeled boot in the bios.
In the list if floppy drive is listed set it to none.
Or move the other bootable devices above it in the numbered order list.

1. CD rom
2. HDD.
3. Floppy.

While in the bios also look for a section that says power or Apci. enable it if not enabled.
Set Hpet mode to on. and where it states the S modes.

Set it to S1-S4.
Save the settings before exiting the bios.
The floppy disk, error will stop on boot and the system should shut down and power off ok.
