Ok so I tried updating Assassin's Creed Black Flag and I kept getting an error saying that it couldn't download or that I don't have enough room on my SSd. I have over 90 GB free on my C drive and my internet connection isn't failing but if the UPlay downloads more then 100kb it cancels the download. Is something wrong with the service?

I Uninstalled AC4 and UPlay and tried installing fresh copies of each but AC4 wont download. Far Cry 3 Updated but AC4 wont. Is anyone else having this problem?

Solution
No if you are using your internet connection through a router.
You must find out what ports Uplay uses to download with.

You must then enter the router. And in the port forward section.
Enter the IP address the router gave your machine.
And enter the port numbers used with Uplay.
Add a name for the program or service.
And select the protocol of the port TCP/UDP.

Game Ports:
TCP: 80, 443
UDP: 3658, 13000-13032

Uplay PC:
TCP: 13000, 13005, 13200

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Uplay but still a problem. Every other service works fine (Steam, Utorrent, Origin) but Uplay continuely says fail to start download after a few seconds. I just keep pressing to retry and it goes for a bit then stops.

If you go onto the uplay facebook page you will find that they have been having problems for a couple of days - and still are. I cant get on to play AC3 or Anno 2070 Deep Ocean. It did connect once - but the other 100 plus times I had no luck.

Still no luck with Uplay. Tried everything they suggest and a few other things as well. Uninstalled and reinstalled - checked BT Hub settings - change Norton settings from "auto" to "allow" and still no luck. But as Uplay admit to a problem with their server we might as well give up untill they have had another ten days to try to sort it out. I am surprised that they rely on just one server/company for something as important as this.
