Good system with graphics for $500 budget

I would like to build a solid system that can surf the net, do the kids school projects, photoshop and play Second Life...which needs good graphics. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Well if the above member's build has everything you need, then this is a better option.

Mobo is a AM3+ socket, better upgrade down the road.

750ti is much stronger.
