Best Graphics cards under 120$?

Hi! I need a better graphics card since as of now, I got the R7 250 off of amazon even though the name was R7 250x. I am going to return it later on, but what is a good graphics card under 120$ (Can be upped to around $130.) I am trying to get a good graphics card for gaming, any recommendations? (From Amazon! Not any other site!)
I have a 430 Watt power supply, a corsair...

I'd look at the R7 260X or the GTX 750. It'll be a little faster than the 250 and stays under $130, and should work fine with your Corsair 430W PSU.

Why get the 650Ti with both the 750 and 750 Ti out, which give better/same performance at much lower power consumption?

I stand by my previous statement. Get a 750 ($130) or a 750 Ti ($150) or the R7 260X ($130 with 2GB of video RAM) and you should be golden.
