I am in a weird situation. I had put windows 7 ultimate on my computer from a brothers OS disc. I only had the trial 60 days to use that so i waited until the 60 days was up and only had windows 7 professional OS. I then put that OS on my computer and then got a windows 7 ultimate upgrade very recently. Now there is no working audio anywhere.
I keep getting this message when i right click the speaker at the bottom of the screen
"windows has detected that audio enhancements for the following devices are causing problems: realtek digital output(realtek high definition audio) would you like to disable driver enhancements for this device"
I have tried disabling the device as well as re-download the drivers and still nothing.
I am using a HDMI cord from my raedon twin frozone graphics card to a regular tv. This is what I had been using before and it worked fine until id downloaded the Win 7 ultimate upgrade.
build specs
CPU- i7-3770k
GPU- raedon 7850
any help is appreciated. Thanks
