Will R7 260x burn out by underclocking frequently?

On this card I mine cryptocurrency and I play games. When I want to mine, I underclock the card to 830Mhz because it gives a better hashrate, but when I want to play games, I take the clock speed to the default 1.05Ghz. Will this damage the card in any way? I also keep the fans spinning at full speed at all times. Will this wear out the fans? My power supply is a Corsair CX430.

Solution
Underclocking dont damage components and you can change the clock speeds when you want. The fans dont need to be at full speed, it makes only noise and could lower their lifetime and above 40/50%+ is only needed when the temperature is too high.

No underclocking won't hurt it at all in fact you could probably even undervolt it and save some electricity.

The fans might go out a little sooner but in all likely hood the card will be obsolete long before that happens. Though I would just let the card automatically control the fan speed itself It'll help keep the noise down.
