Alright, I'm not too sure why, but, Batman is not performing well, it's going from 55-60 FPS, it even dips below 30 sometimes while turning. I've seen benchmarks where the frames were 110+! Here's a screenshot of my settings http://prntscr.com/2wty7o, does this make sense?
Side note: I have my GTX connected with a TX 750M PSU, and Idk where the 8pin was, so I used the 2 6pin to 8 pin converter which came with the card, could that be the problem?
Specs
MOBO: Gigabyte z87x-UD5H
CPU: i7-4770k
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengance
SSD: Kingston HyperX3k
HDD Seagate Barracuda 2TB
PSU: TX750M (I connect the 6 pin directly, but for the 8 pin used a 2x 6pin to 8 pin converter that came with the GPU.
GPU: EVGA GTX 780Ti SC w/ACX
My Mhz while playinmg the game goes up to 1124 Mhz. That is all, please help.

The TX750M comes with four (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors so you don't need to use a dual 6-pin to 8-pin converter.I can't find the 8 pin connector though, is it with the powersupply? Or a separate cable?
It's with the PSU.
As in one of the Non-Modular cables, or Modular cable? I just connected the 6+2 pin, and going to test it out.

I see, I will see if I can find them, thanks! I connected the with the 6+2 pin, anyways, do you have any idea what might be causing this drop? This is without Physx even on. Do you have the latest NVIDIA GeForce Driver installed?
Do you have the latest Visual C++ Redistributable Packages installed?
Is the stuttering happening when a new area of the map is being loaded?

New Geforce Drivers, yes.
Visual C++, not sure, will check.
Stuttering in new areas, no. Weird though, I'm getting same results from with and without PhysX
