You'll want to get a better power supply, one with 80+ Gold Certification, especially if you are going to overclock. XFX is still a good brand though. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207032

The power supply is plenty for this setup and some overclocking.

I wouldn't risk overclocking on it. It has mediocre reviews at best and only has 80+ Bronze certification. He would probably be okay, but it's always good to stay on the safe side.
