Hi there. im having a lil problem. I want to move one hd from this pc to my new pc. ok no prob, the problem is that in this pc

hi there. im having trouble with moving my hd from my old pc to my new one. in this pc it works fine but in the new one it doesnt want to work. someone told me bout hd migtation. format is no option because its my windows hd.

Yes, very often that does not work.
And format/reinstall is always an option.

Save your personal, critical data elsewhere.
Install the drive in the new PC
Reinstall Windows, using your existing activation key. Assuming that it isn't an OEM key...in which case there will be additional hoops to jump through. Or more $$ for a new license.
