Will this gpu support dual monitors and gaming?

I'm trying to build a budget system: Will the GTX 650 be able to handle 2 Asus
VX238H or similar monitor. Im going to be gaming on one and have multiple tabs open on the other along with various programs. I'm not looking for a high end gpu, but I would like it to handle most of today's games with decent settings. Mainly I'm going to be playing World of Warcraft along with the BF4 that comes with the mobo, and the Final Fantasy game that comes with the gpu if it is usable for my needs. Next year I'm going to do graphic design and I want to be able to do extra work away from school on it. What would be a good gpu that is under $200, preferable under $170, that will support my needs. I want to build this system before summer ends which is why I want it to be budget but have some quality to it, because I'm going to upgrade it during the next year when I save up more money.

I would say no. It is able to, but performance would be lowered. And you are wasting your time with an APU. It's only for office work.
