hey guys my friend is selling me his old pc and I wanted to check out if it worth buying its very old pc but i think its good enough for me

so is it worth the 300 bucks or i can get something new if i put more than 300 i dont play much maybe gta or bf3 i mostly watche movies and use Internet
if not what do you suggest with 300-400 good budget pc thanks in advance
