sad to say that you cant, already tried core 2 duo e7600 3.0ghz and a gt 610 lagging like hell on 800x600 lowest settings on gta IV you can't play those games on your current cpu maybe your gpu can @ 800x600 resolution lowest setting paired with dual core cpu,but i bet that the fps wil lnot go over 30.

maybe try older games, system shock 2 Painkiller and expansion, half life 2,unreal tournment 2004,look for games that came out before 2005.but how there is youtube videos show that u can play gta iv even with gt210 and call of duty they are playing it on extra high what i need is more than 15fps that will be playable with me iam not a real gamer i just like modern games
and gta iv have some tweaks to play it smoothly -

well actually i get more 27fps sometime 30+ depends on the location but the fps drop is very often like the game hangs then go back to normal then hangs again.I actually post a fix for the gta iv http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2047979/gtx-780-... ,if you can see the OP has a monster rig(IMO) but having a problem with gta iv read the best answer of course
So after some research(yahoo answer, benchmarks, tomshardware),I think you can run this games at a 30+fps by making your resolution lower, also have gt 610 before and I can play current games at 720p or lower and making the quality to low/very low, well if your ok with that go get a 6670 or for better get a 7750! make sure its a gddr5 gpu

Make sure you get the 6670 or better,if theres a gddr5 available make sure you get that cause the gddr5 version will increase your gaming performance and please don't ever get the 6570 cause you'll just regret it,if theres no 6570 at the moment just wait untill you can get better.

Ouch, man. For your game list, I'd say get a rig that has at least 4-6 Gig of Video, 8Gig of RAM and 3.00+ MHz processors. You can probably try MMOs like Eclipse War or Dragon Nest with that spec but for your PC games, they usually need to display a whole lot of things at once so you will need More Video and RAM.

The OP is ok with non-ultra settings in the game so more than 4 gb of gpu memory will just be a waste and cards that have those big memory is expensive, and his resolution is only 1366x768.I think OP is in a tight budget right now and I think the OP does not now that our standard fps now a days is 30fps,getting a 25 or less fps seems choppy.
