I would like to know what's the preferred psu for my setup:
cpu: FX-6300
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8gb
HDD: WD caviar blue 1tb
video card: Sapphire R9 270x

options would be:
Corsair CX600/500 M , Seasonic M12II-620/520 (all modular)
so is it necessary to get higher wattage for overclock or im good with 500w and 520w? plus they are alot cheaper than 600w and 620w.

Solution
The SeaSonic would be the better bet no matter what, much higher quality parts. 520 would be enough, as long as you aren't going for crazy overclocks. That setup will use around 300-325 watts at full load.

on what occasion would you consider it as "crazy overclocks"?
