I have just built a system with the following components:
*Z87-G45 GAMING Motherboard
*EVGA GeForce GTX780 Graphics Card
*Intel Core i7-4770K CPU
*16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz RAM
The problem is that the monitor doesn't consistently receive a signal during boot up. I don't see the BIOS or Windows or anything but I can definitely hear Windows starting normally. The way to get the monitor to receive a signal seems to be to switch the PSU off then back on again, but even that doesn't consistently work. The NVIDIA card is fine as it worked in another system without any issues so I am thinking (and hoping) that it is a simple BIOS configuration that I may have missed. Does anyone have any ideas?
