Trying to make a part list for a HTPC, need advice please

Hey guys so my dad and I have decided to move away from cable tv. We want to build a HTPC that we can run netflix, hulu, movies, and local tv channels through. We have an antenna for all local channels so we will also be getting a tv tuner card for the tv guide and dvr features, that we will connect to the antenna. Also we will be using Windows 7 along with Windows Media Center. I have built one pc before, but to be honest it was so long ago I no longer remember hardly anything about it. Any advice you can give me about the build I have linked below would by a lot of help. I would like to cut all unnecessary expenses. Here is the build I have came up with so far:

One last question I had was if this tv tuner card would work well with the rest of the build? We have been looking at this one:

Thanks for all the help!

Hey man thank you for the post. I went ahead and ordered the build you recommended. However I am having a problem, the power supply seems to be to big to fit into the case.
  3. Can you return it? This PSU is extra small and should not have any problem 12,5cm x 10cm x 6,2cm (5x4x2,5) http://pcpartpicker.com/part/fsp-group-power-supply-fsp30060ghsr

I might be able to. It took a little while for all the different parts to come in so I am not sure. Sorry to bother you but I have one more question. I went ahead and did the build anyways. I thought I may be able to just sit the psu on the outside of the case since it will be behind the tv and not visible anyways. I did an external build first and the fans and all turned on. So I went ahead and installed everything into the case. Now when I plug it up to the tv through hdmi, I can not get any type of picture on the tv. It is a Samsung LCD. I get the No Signal message on the tv when the two are plugged up. However all the fans on the PC turn on when I power it up, but I can not get a picture on the tv. I also tried this with a DVI as well and I got the same message. What should I do?
  5. About this problem I dont have an idea. Maybe you can make a post on the forum about it.
