Lines across screen when watching video on 7970 gHz edition

Hi, i upgraded my drivers for my graphics card on my Sapphire 7970 Ghz edition a month or two ago, and ever since I have noticed lines going across the video, its fine until i watch a video then i notice small lines, its not artifacts, it just looks the the video is screwed up. Any Help would be nice.
