hello everyon, i have an R9 280 X toxic, however, it doesnt perform as good as it should be. i asked this before and then it was my cpu that was the problem, i upgraded my mobo and cpu, the fx 8320. so my bottleneck should be gone now.
but even if i have this new upgrade i still have the same framerate, i cant even play world of tanks maxed out because it drops down to 20 fps sometimes. i have downloaded the newest driver from amd but i still have this problem
my specs are:
cpu:FX 8320
PSU:corsair 700 watt 80+
mobo: gigabyte Ga-78lmt usb3
RAM: 8 gigs kingston 1333mhz
GPU:R9 280X toxic
i hope that someone has the solution for me!
