I have £400 to spend on a new graphics card and I'm interested in a GTX 780, I see that the PNY and Zotac cards are cheaper but I had a Zotac GTX 560 once and it was really loud so I don't really trust these budget companies. What's the cheapest and best quality GTX 780 I can get for my money?
