Will this setup work properly?

I just need to double check with the people who know it, before I start buying the parts. I have never built a PC before, and I want to build a high end PC, but on a budget.

Intel Core i5-4670K Processor

Corsair H80i CPU Cooler

Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H Motherboard

(GeForce GTX 780 Ti) or (GeForce GTX 650 Ti)
I do want to save some money, but I also want to be able to run all games at Ultra with atleast 60 FPS. Im not sure what the difference is in these cards, or maybe a 770 would be my best choice.

120GB Samsung 840 Series SSD

1TB Western Digital Caviar Black Hard Drive

750W Corsair TX750M Power Supply

Fractal Design Define R4 Case
I wanted to find a cool case that lightes up red or something, I like the fancy white cases. If anyone could help me find one that is compatible that'd be great. Thanks.

You should get a gtx770. It will max games at 1080p and is a very good compromise. The 650ti will barely run stuff at 60fps at a mix of medium ans high.

The PSU is overkill. Change it to a 650w unit.

I would personally not get a closed loop cooler in favor of an air cooler.

Do you realize the gap in performance and price between a 780ti and a 650ti? Its large enough to drive a truck through. You picked a budget GPU and a top-end GPU, there are so many choices between the two, its staggering.

i personally would skip that h80i water cooler and get the phanteks ph-tc14 air cooler. its $10 less and likely better as the phanteks is closer in performance to the h100i. if this is your first build i would favor air over water. the 650ti and 780ti are in extremely different classes of performance. one is top of the line as good as it gets and the other will not allow for ultra settings at 1080p. the 770 is still a very powerful video card as well and much more powerful than the 650ti. the rest of your parts like the ssd, hdd, mobo and power supply are all quality units that should serve you well. although you can pick up a very good quality seasonic made xfx core edtion pro 650w power supply and save some money but still have plenty of power for an overclocked 4670k and overclocked 780ti.
