I am trying to upgrade from my GT 220 to a good but not expensive gaming card. I have the current pc specs:

GIGABYTE H61M-DS2
Intel Core i5-3450 3.1GHz Processor
4GB Memory
Windows 8.1 Professional Edition (64bit)
600 Watt Power Supply
Screen Res @ 1366x768

Any suggestions on how to go about upgrading would be awesome!

I want to play new games like Battlefield 4 and DiRT 3 :D

Not knowing the brand of your power supply I will recommend mid range cards.
If you have a good power supply then you can use higher end video cards,
If you post what brand and model. And a budget it would help.
At a resolution of 1366x768 a GTX660 would run high to max on most games. around $200
A GTX650TI Boost 2gb or GTX 750 TI would give you medium with a few high settings. around $150
