Take a look at CPU-Z - on the CPU page, towards lower left is a pane that will say Multiplier - if set for 4.4 it will show (8-44), if so you're good, the CPU scales itself down when power not needed

Ty that was what i was looking for! Looking at my cpu cooler you think i can go higher or stay at that clock speed? i would like to get 4.6g
  3. My X-Ray vision is temporarily out of service ;) What cooler do your have ;) If it's say a Phantek, Noctua, or even Hyper 212 EVO should be fine for daily use, if running 24/7 at 4.6 or better, I went with the CM GTS V8
  4. i also have antec h20 620 water kuhler would that be best ? its from 2012 but should give better performance......
  5. The Antec should work fine
