the vram doesnt ad when you sli you will still have 2gb per card. it isnt shared memory between the cards, the cards each still use their own 2gbs of vram to render seperate information in tandum to boost your graphical output ie scaling. the only reason you should need 4gb of vram on each card if graphical applications/3d programming work, gaming on resoulutions above 1080p, and heavy modding

for the psu the one ahmadjon suggested is a great powersupply

Yes but 2GB card + 2GB card = 4GB VRAM total

no no it is not
if you are telling someone they are going to be getting 4gb of vram that percieved as shared memory
doing sli never doubles the vram because each card are processing their own individual images on their own individual vram so if he needed 4gb of vram for graphical work or1440p+ gaming or modding he would be mislead because it is not 4gb of vram

without the overclock you have 36.3a on your 12v rail now with the overclock you would have around 40 to 41 depending on voltages so i would give some head room and say around45 to 48a on the 12v rail would be a good bet and that is 552 to 576w respectively you will need on the 12v rail. now does your micro center carry tx or hx corsair psus?
