Haswell certified psu?

The certification is to use the new power saving states that can cause some power supplies to become unstable.
Most boards come with these turned off by default just in case(allowing just about any power supply to work).
If you have enough other hardware in the system, the idle power is not as much of an issue. I can see and itx system with onboard video and an ssd having more issues because the idle power usage would be so low.
I know my media center is still stable down under 30 watts(nothing special about the power supply and it is not Haswell, just a rather low powered system).
