I have a problem with my Razer Edge Pro. It worked fine til one day when I turned it on I couldn't get into windows. All it shows me is a boot menu with no options to choose from.
If i go into bios I cannot change the boot priority - it doesn't let me scroll down to it. I've also tried to reset factory default settings through bios but it doesn't help.
I can also get into shell (f11) but have no idea what I could do here.
I've talked to razer support but they are taking their sweet time getting back to me.

Do you have another computer to back up your old hard drive in order to attempt a clean windows install?
