That actually looks pretty good for that price there isn't a whole lot you can really change with out inflating your budget.

That said it should still play most games now at 1080p either on high or med-high

Should i get a 3rd party fan for the CPU
 


If you aren't overclocking then you shouldn't need one but the 8350 is supposed to run hot so it definitely wouldn't hurt anything to have one.
I would recommend the Cooler master hyper 12 evo it works great and is usually only about $30 it would definitely lower your temps over stock especially with overclocking.
