I've been trying to figure out how to determine what makes a gpu good, but I'm just getting confused with all these terms/numbers I have these two cards (one is my old one that for some reason died) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Then theres this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... Which I'm thinking of buying but not sure if I'll lose performance or not (want to play games like league and Minecraft at 60fps)
Thanks in advance for any help

GTX 650 is slower than GTX 460.

GTX 650 Ti is a bit faster than GTX 460 (~25%) but probably not really worth doing as an upgrade.

GTX 650 Ti Boost/660 will be much faster than GTX 460, and if you're going to upgrade that should be the target, really or a R7 260x at least if you go amd.

it seems that your old 460 is slightly faster than the much newer 650. you would have to get the 650ti to somewhat match or be ever so slightly faster than your old 460. but with the brand new amd r7-260x being a little bit faster than the nvidia 650ti and only $10 more than the 650 you linked, its the wiser choice and better performer in your budget range.

here is an overall general performance overview of the 260x. for comparison your 460 is slightly slower than the 6870 and the 650ti.

other older reveiws even show the hd7770 being on par with your old 460.
