Ok so I want to start doing my build but im waiting 1 month before I grab the gpu because of school. But I want to start putting it together and getting it ready with games and software and stuf.
What I have is all the peripherials and an os and a hard drive.
What I need is the best possible build excluding the stuff I got for a max of 700 to 750 dollars. My use is gaming and im hoping to slap on a 770 after school.

Look for this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/32zsqI really like this build. But I'd get a Asus Z87-A instead and 2133 CAS 10 RAM. Why? It's $4 less and faster. Jumping from 1600 to 2133 is not needed but nice, only tradeoff is CAS 9 to CAS 10. It's worth it.

But i provided 1600Mhz RAM! and no need on fast RAM he won't notice the difference!

Oh, if it's $4 cheaper then definitely. However, I can't find any DDR3-2133 RAM in that price range. Unless it's 1.65V, which voids your warranty and shortens the life of the IMC.
I just assumed that as the RAM was about the right price there probably wasn't anything significantly better.
I'm not a major fan of the Fatal1ty stuff, but at least it's not ridiculously priced.

I forgot to link the RAM before. I added it to the build. I really like this build cuz you'll overclock the CPU easily and have good case cooling. I have the 300R and highly recommend it for the price.

Faster CPU at stock than 4670K.
Simpler board because you won't be OCing can run a single GTX 770 fine though
Quality 120GB SSD plus standard 1TB HDD
Very good quality PSU, plenty big enough for single 770+Xeon 1230 V3, can go for a bigger one though if you plan to upgrade for similar money but it'll be bronze rated not gold(not that big of a problem just i always get the PSU last and this was my spare money worth)
Case is a solid and reliable one.
RAM is 1.5V as required as well.

I'm not sure what the OP wants to do with the spare money in the budget now but I guess there's a couple of options:
Bigger SSD
Upgrade MOBO > to Z87 so the OP can run SLI in the future BUT that'd require a bigger PSU.
PSU > Go for a modular model
Upgrade CD > To a blu-ray drive.
Alternatively, just save it.
Basically all of these options just depend on what the the OP wants.

True, the only issue is that the PC won't be useable in the meantime until the 770 is bought.
If it's a desperately needed PC then this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
it's a $10 gpu after rebates, what's the worst that can happen.
