My computer has been running very crazy lately and I noticed under my computer that I had an exclamation point on Microsoft TCP/IPT Adapters - saying that driver has a problem, to reinstall - also TCP/IPT Adapter #2, and Teredo Tunneling has a driver problem - went to update drivers on Microsoft and they say Error 10, won't start - tried the REGEDIT thread but won't give me any options to right click and disable components, check edit, and set value DWORD "0" Can only do: Start: REGEDIT, brings up HKEY_Local_Machine, but that's it - there is nothing about anything else stated on thread -when I right click - doesn't give me the options the thread you wrote stated - NOW WHAT?

Try System Restore. Choose a restore date that precedes the date that the problem was first noticed.
Running System Restore will not affect any of your data (which you should already have backed up anyway as a matter of good common sense).
