From what I've read, 990FX and 990X chipset are more compatible with FX 8 cores, therefore will be better at overclocking them, but does comes in higher pricing.

i know the 10k one is out of my budget but ...compared to the ones like asrock , is it good ? i might spend a little more .
before i select the best solution :p i'll go to a few stores later n check for the mobo's mentioned above, might take a few days :p

Dam I went with Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
http://www.flipkart.com/gigabyte-ga-970a-ds3p-motherboard/p/itmdt9h6w2wsfg2c?pid=MBDDT9H6W2WSFG2C&srno=b_5&ref=1355fc71-f769-4c42-b0c9-2f3ec62dfacc
, should have gone with Asus or asrock :/ Gigabyte not so good for overclocking ..... 8320 stock cooler(temp lower than i expected and quite)...hitting the blue screen at 4.1Ghz :( ...cant get the voltage/multiplier to remain stable ...keeps jumping 1.28-1.4v
So- overclockers...avoid gigabyte (the cheap ones at least i guess)
