My board (Intel DH55PJ) has support for 8 gb of ram. It has two slots so the max for 1 slot is 4 gb right? But when I try to put a single dim of ram (4 gb) in the motherboard the computer reboots at windows splash screen. When I try two 2 GB's of ram it works. Why is that?
