I will recommend ASRock Z87 Extreme 6 because in less price you'll get all the benefits of other two mobos plus it has two LAN chipsets. Ohh, yeah Asus board has bluetooth and WiFi builtin. But you can easily get the WiFi and bluetooth dongles in much less price and will still be better off.

You are buying expensive RAM. I would recommend this RAM:

Don't buy CX series PSU plus you'll need at-least 550w PSU.

You can get it. I did not say you can't but this PSU is 3rd tier PSU. Tier 3 power supplies fully meet all ATX requirements for power output quality, but don't have as good of power output quality as above tiers. No reason to replace one if you have one, and they're still good choices for most systems.
