fan for haf x gpu bracket. which way to turn fan?

getting a 770 for new build and want to use my gpu bracket. apparently you can use an 80mm fan in it and im wondering which way to face it? also, does it matter what slot i put the gpu in on a z87 asus pro? if not i would like to put it on the second one so that it will fit in my vga air duct.

hand usually have an airflow direction, so make it so that your fan is blowing onto the gpu

you dont think that would blow hot air back on to the card ( this is my card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125462 )

any thoughts on the difference in the pci slots?

if you only have one card, then it does not matter what pci slot. and no, it blows cool air onto the heatsinks which is essentially blown off and away from the card into the rest of the case
