Sort of. It will mean that windows will boot faster and be more responsive. For actual games, SSDs don't do much. If you have a game like skyrim that has really long loading screens, you can put it on the SSD and have the loading screens go away, though. They are very useful to have, however, even though they aren't exactly for gaming.

Now then. This build is the ABSOLUTE MOST EXPENSIVE you should possibly consider for 720p:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($191.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock H87M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($79.99 @ Microcenter)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X...
Hmmm....

I'm confused. Are you trying to SELL this computer, or is this what you're planning on BUYING?

Because it's a horrible confused mess and needs a whole lot of work before it's even functional, much less, you know, good. It's wasting a LOT of money in places that give you zero benefit and missing things like an SSD or, you know, case.

hey man read it again ,, "I'm Going to build a new gaming pc in this June" so this is my plan on buying... sorry for the SSD is "Samsung 830 256 GB SSD RAID 0" and for the case ,, i already have it.

Yes, I did get that, but then you say "how much for the prices," which made me think you were selling this to buy a new one. The prices are going to vary wildly depending on where you're from, so we can't tell you that - why not just find an online seller for your country and look them up?

That being said, you have a lot of issues.

1) That cpu won't fit in your motherboard. You need an intel cpu that starts with 4-. Also, for gaming there's no benefit of an i7 over an i5. I suggest you buy an i5-4670k.

2) You don't need 16GB of ram, 8GB is enough to simultaneously run battlefield 3, photoshop, AND 30 tabs in chrome.

3) What's your monitor? If it's the typical 1080p, 60hz, a 780ti is silly overkill - a 770 will play games on ultra and a 780 will play games maxxed with full AA.

4) Why are you putting SSDs in RAID 0? That's a really really bad idea for a lot of reasons. You also don't need an ssd that big. Buy the newer 840 EVO, and you only need a 120GB drive. Remember that most games gain nothing from being on a SSD.

5) That power supply is overkill. If you have a 770, you only need a 600w power supply - if you have a 780 or 780ti, a 650 is plenty.

6) Don't get a blu-ray drive. They're pointless, and you have to spend more money to use the software that can actually read through the DRM on blu-rays, and that software is buggy. Considering you have dozens of easier, often free ways of getting HD content on a computer why in the WORLD would you bother with blu-rays?

1) But that CPU was with Socket LGA1150 ,... just Same with that MoBo

2) I Don't really like battlefield 3 ,,, I'm building for the new games like Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag, SC:Blacklist, and Others

3) My Monitor is 720p, 60hz .

4) Actually, i didn't understand what is SSD for.. xD

5) Yeah i know ,, i keep searching and Antec High Current Gaming 620W should enough

6) Ya Know, It's my old Drive ( i have it right now ) ..

1) Did you type it wrong? Because you wrote the "2660." You probably meant "4660"?

2) ...it doesn't matter that you don't like battlefield; it's not really my thing either. What I was trying to say is that 16GB is too much and 8GB is more than plenty.

3) You really, REALLY should get a monitor upgrade, then. At the very least go up to 1080p, 60hz. With your monitor right now you could very easily max out games with a very very cheap computer... certainly not an i7 and 780ti

4) What you do is you install your operating system on the SSD, and put your programs on it. You save your data and install games to the hard drive.

5) That is a good power supply and should work well for you.

6) If you already have it, great. Just didn't want you to spend money and then be disappointed.

1) Shit i type it wrong ,, it's 4770, not 2660

2) Ok Ok! 8GB

3) I dont want 1080 Monitor cuz it's too big! and i don't like 1080p, dont know why but i hate it :v

4) Wait ,, can we just change the C:\ to my old 250GB Internal ?? so is SSD will be default C:\ if i re-install new OS ?

5 , 6) xD

About SSD ,,, i still dont understand xD ... im newbie

1) Ahh, gotcha. You should get the 4770k so that you can overclock, or else get a cheaper h87 motherboard.

2) Not trying to be pushy, just to save you money.

3) ...huh. Never met someone who thinks that before, but that's perfectly fine. Just know that you don't need ANYTHING NEARLY this powerful, then. An i5-4440, h87 motherboard, and gtx 760 will still be incredibly overkill for your resolution for a loooonnnnggg time.

You might not want a SSD, then - just buy the single hard drive and use that and not worry about managing multiple drives.

Dude, if you like 720p, then that's great!

Stick with it, it means that you don't have to spend nearly so much money and can play games on maximum settings way easier!

If you do want to get a new monitor, that's no problem - you can use two monitors; just plug them both into the graphics card.
