Blue screen infinite loop problem

im trying to insatll skype on my laptop and it keeps going to blue screen saying shutting down due to infinite loop problem any help please.
It says
Device driver got stuck in a infinite loop.this usuaully indicates problem with the device itself or with the device driver programming the hardware incorrectly.

My Laptops specs are:
AMD athlon 11 dual core M300 2.00GHz
4 GB ram
Windows 7
64 bit
Toshiba Satelitte L500D

This can be caused by multiple issues. I'll list the fixes for each one and you can try any or all of them.
1. Driver: Check to see if there is a more recent driver for your graphics device "ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570" Search for drivers for this device and install the most recent one.
2. Damage: The graphics adapter itself may be failing. While this is rare, it can happen. Unfortunately, there is no fix for this. This should be the last considered scenario.
3: A program called PCanywhere by Symantec can cause this issue. Check and see if it is on your PC and if it is, may need to be uninstalled.
