Im supposed to have 60mbps speed but when Im connected with internet cable to my router asus RT-N10 then I only get half of that. When connected to my modem directly I get my full speed but im not the only one using it so I need to use router. Its not faulty router because I tried different one as well with exactly same result. Is there anything I can do? Someone suggested to me to configure my wan ports to 100mbps instead of 10mbps but I dont know how to do it, I looked in router gui settings and couldnt find it.
Thank you for suggestions

What are you using to test your speed? I've found speedtest.net to be reliable in judging speed. have you tried resetting the router to factory settings? what was the other router you have tried?

Yeah Im using speedtest.net also. Ive tried the factory settings and the other router was same as this but just different model or something, its called RT-N10+ I believe
I found on internet and on the router box it says it supports 100mbps lan. So where do you think is the problem? I Also posted this question on official asus forum but nobody responded to me.

Interesting. Yes the router should be able to cope with 60Mb broadband. Maybe it's a config issue, like in the WAN config you have the wrong mode or credentials entered.

Do you have the ISPs bundled router at all?

Edit: I found the solution I think. I changed "Operating Mode" from Router to Access Point (AP) and now Im getting full speeds !

Only problem is DHCP is disabled so I have to input the IP myself but thats not that difficult :D Thanks for help anyway
