How to set Adaptive Vsync for 2D (and 2.5D) games?

For games that don't appear in the list:
1) Run the game then close it
2) Open Nvidia Control Panel
3) NCP-> "manage 3D Settings"
4) click "ADD" and the game you just played should be on the TOP of the list
Once you have the game added and selected, go down to the VSYNC section and enable "Adaptive VSync" then save those settings.
The "half VSync" method is also great for lower-end PC's and works the same only you synch at 30FPS.
You should also enable TRIPLE BUFFER to see if the game works better.
